ServiceNow is the one product read for this paper that documents its action log as a record of who approved, and that log names the agent: administrators can see logs "with individual AI agent names as a record of who approved the agentic action". In Auth0's CIBA guidance the approver is the subject: customers correlate the "request initiated > pending > approved/denied/expired" sequence to the action.
