Authority on a Lease: Delegation, Expiry, and Revocation for Named Agents
This paper specifies how a named agent should hold authority. Its identity is a durable registry record with a sponsor and an identifier never reused. Its authority is a short lease for one task, narrowed at every delegation hop and checked by a token service against its own records. Most of the parts are prior art and are credited where they are used.
